1037 Emery Court is a Jeff Jones property that is on the legal action list. There were people looking at the property that reported that Jeff Jones is going to sell them the property on contract. This is the second property that residents in the neighborhood have heard this happening in the last couple of weeks. This neighborhood has had to put up with Jeff Jones for 20+ years. We were hopeful that the legal case was going to fix this slum lord situation. Jeff Jones has sold this house on contract or rent to own more times then I can count in the 20 years I have lived in this neighborhood. He has sold every house in the Walnut Creek subdivision neighborhood that he owns on contract repeatedly. It is a total scam. None of these houses ever are actually sold. We thought the legal litigation was going to stop Jeff Jones from continuing his slumlord ways. What is going on to address this?

We are noticing an abundance of bagged dog excrement along the trail, especially under the bridge, on Renwick Blvd. If funds are available, maybe one of the drop off and bag stations could be placed at either end of the trail, or one in the center by the bridge. Thanks

There is a light that is flickering at the edge of the park, right by the trail that connects to the b line. I thought it might be helpful for safety to have it replaced, as many people walk the b line and through this park at night.

Bridge area between each section is weak. It has weak boards. If the steps were alternating colors it would be helpful to people with low vision.

U Report # 210060 Hi again, I'm following up from yesterday's U Report. Duke responded immediately with the information that the wire is a cable line. Duke recommended that I get back to my local Bloomington government because since I've owned this house I have never had cable service, therefore I do not know whose line it belongs to. Do you have any record as to who owns/is responsible for this abandoned cable line? And is there a statute of limitations for an abandoned line - can I cut it down myself? I would like to request sidewalks/speed bumps on Elliston Dr. in Sherwood Oaks Neighborhood. Elliston is the main thourough fair to Sherwood Oaks Park, Jackson Creek Trail and Olcott Park, which also leads to Childs Elementary and Jackson Creek Middle School. There is significant foot traffic daily of adults, kids and pets being walked. Children go to school on this route and yet there is nothing provided to keep them safe. There are currently no sidewalks to keep foot traffic safe and no speed bumps to slow down traffic. People speed through this area whether local traffic or visitors to the park and what the city has done to date is not enough. Someone is going to get hurt and it will be on the onus of those who have chose to do nothing to keep pedestrians safe. Please consider making a change and putting sidewalks/speed bumps in to allow for safe travels for all in this area. Thank you

The discharge from the sewer continues. Yesterday the plumbers were here and left all of the debris on the street and garden. The cleaning did not work and now the sewage water has backed up to the clean out and sipping through.

There is a dumpster in the eastbound lane as you turn onto Elliston from Bainbridge, it’s an issue if you’re attempting to turn and someone is at the intersection, also creates a bit of an unsafe situation when kids are waiting for the bus.
