I'm sorry to bother you again about my trash bin. It was supposed to be swapped with another on Monday but we apparently brought it back up our drive too soon thinking it was fixed. I guess we should try again on Monday if that's ok with you. Thanks again

permanent obstruction in the egress pathway" or a "fire hazard blocking a hallway exit door on 3rd floor." Dead plants kept for moths rotting away and a tripping hazard for the common area like the hallway. Can't go to management they will immediately tell the person who hold on them. Many tenants have the doorway cluttered with personal belongings that make it hard during a fire to get around them

This is my neighbor who has two large pit bulls that he continuously allows to run off leash behind our houses. 3 times now i have gone to take my dog out, or she was already out on her lead, they have run up on her barking. They do not seem aggressive, however my dog is a rescue and has significant trauma and this causes a very big issue for her. She is amped up and stressed for a very long time after each incident. I have told him myself twice, property management sent out an email notice reminding tenants of leash laws, and he will not keep them on leashes. He has no recall or control over the dogs and they often dont have collars on either so he has no way of controlling them. I have seen them off leash many more times than these 3 incidents with my own dog. Thankfully we have been able to intervene each time but if his dog were to get in reach of my dog, she would not be nice and i dont want his dogs to get hurt. I have also told him this twice. I want to reiterate this is not his dogs fault, but purely a very neglectful owner since he seems to not care if my dog hurts his dogs. I am at a loss of what to do at this point as i have tried to be neighborly about it, but he refuses to listen.

Hello,
I would like to report damage to the street located at/near 4601 W Middle Ct in Bloomington.
The damage appears to have been caused by a city trash/recycle vehicle that traveled along the street near my driveway. The pavement has been torn up and is now damaged in that area.
This occurred on or around April 14, 2026 at approximately 6-7AM.
I have attached photos showing the damage and its location relative to my driveway.
Could someone please inspect this and advise on repair? Also, please let me know if I need to take any additional steps or file a formal claim due to the damage being caused by a city vehicle.
Thank you for your help.

Sidewalk on S Williamsburg Dr, just south of Best Buy, has been blocked by overgrown bushes for over a year now. Was reported multiple times last year but nothing has been done. The sidewalk is impassable and pedestrians must walk in the road. Also for turning vehicles, sight is obstructed requiring one to pull out into the road just to see before turning. Please trim these bushes back; again, it's been reported multiple times last year and it has not been touched.
