Hand employee called in saying that the resident got her days mixed up and she had lots of stuff to be picked up and could we do a courtesy pick up. She had a couch, chair plus her trash. We got it picked up that day.
resident said this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks we have missed their yard waste. sent a man out and got it.
There was a misunderstanding about how big trash cans could be and the amount of trash in container not to exceed 40 pounds. This is a group home. We did send a man out and got trash.
