Silver Honda continually parks illegally in the yellow marked area and is left for days at a time by a nonresident

I made contact last week about a car that was parked illegally in front of my house at which time it was ticketed. The problem is the car is still in the same spot, ticket still on the windshield, and I was wondering if there is anything to be done because it makes it very difficult to use the access road that runs along my house.
