The path around winslow sports complex is one that I bike every weekday. This patch of trail is VERY dangerous right now with an edge to it that has gotten even larger over the past month. I bike with my two kids on my bike and it is a section of the trail that I'm afraid will pop my tires or will cause me to derail. I know there are those who use walkers and other such accessibility items and I assume that for them this is also a large issue. Thank you for helping us have awesome parks.

An enormous pothole has developed after the last snowfall at the NW corner of Maxwell and High. This presents a safety risk, since cars need to swerve into incoming traffic to avoid it.

Huge tire rating pothole at exit entrance to Arby's Eastside from Best Buy road that goes past CVS.

995 S Clarizz Blvd. Large pothole along entire entrance to IU Health Facility. Catches tires any way one goes in or out of the entrance. Hard on tires. Could damage tie rods and ball joints.

Intense and terrible sewer gas smell from bathroom of Cheddars restaurant— employees and patrons have evidently complained for years. Legitimate health hazard.

Recently planted tree has no grate covering the ground depression in which it is planted, creating a hazard to pedestrians.

Workers were grinding sidewalk at this location around noon creating large, visible clouds of silica dust. Per OSHA regulations, concrete grinding requires use of a vacuum or water to control silica dust emissions. Clearly these controls were not being used or were malfunctioning. This was happening right next to a school. Children shouldn't get silicosis because of a cement grinder's negligence. This is the second time I've reported the issue of uncontrolled cement dust from sidewalk griding, please do something about it.

There are a few deep potholes right at the entrance to Hoosier Court. They are located along the street. The property management company said they do not own that area. It is right on the property line.
