FIX THE DAMNED POTHOLES.
Just SE of the Baha'i Center a snow plow popped off the cover of a Water meter (or gas) access hole. There is a cardboard box stuck in the hole at the moment. Please send me and email and will send pictures to you. Thank you, H. Dan Enslow Cell: 812-325-2936 ([email protected])
At the intersection of south walnut and country club dr (on south walnut) there is a pothole that I hit this morning while trying to avoid all the other cars that were trying to miss it. I hit it and caused some damage to my car. I need a call or an email (something) letting me know what I have to do to get my car fixed. I have witnesses that can let you know the damage to my car. This pothole needs fixed before there is more damages to other people's vehicles. It damaged the emergency brake system on the right back side. Attached is the picture of the part that fell off when we got the call pulled in my work parking lot. It is making a loud noise. Don't know the extent of the damages.
House behind our business Parker real estate Management , the tenants of that house park in the alleys and make getting in and out of our parking lot very dangerous
Audible light is not functioning at the corner of Kirkwood and College- adjacent lights on northeast and southwest.
Plow driver must think it is an alley as the last 2 snows they have not plowed it when the rest of prospect neighborhood is clear
Allen street alley way along the B Line hasn't been plowed of snow yet. I drove down this around 9 am and it was pretty slick still
This Subaru has been parked continuously from December 9th/Tueday a.m. through December 11th/Thursday pm, then parked in the same spot later December 11/Thursday p.m to December 12/Friday as I submit this report. The license plate is “Indiana LWDBB”. I simply want this to be documented with the City of Bloomington .I have other photos of this Subaru with time stamps for each day and I suspect this car managed to be moved just short of the 72 hour threshold for a car being tagged as a possibly being abandoned. FWIW, this is a chronic problem on the 900 south block of Eastside Drive. We have cars parked daily/overnight and these are students that live in the Maxwell Terrace apartments and avoid an added monthly parking fee by Maxwell Terrace by using Eastside Drive as their free open air parking 24/7. The daily numbers swell as the academic year advances. I’m not expecting any action on this car from Parking Enforcement. I just want the information to be documented for future issues. Thanks so much. Diane Leirer
The street light by 3432 S Ashwood Drive goes on, then dims and sometimes goes off. The light does not stay on
