Cars were drag racing Saturday night on S. College Mall Road. This isn't the first time. Traffic is heavy on S. College Mall Road and drag racing is not only very dangerous, but the noise disturbs the residents.

The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. We have a gigabit line install over the city sidewalk, easement. Installed by axis solutions Nov 25th. This is a heavily used sidewalk near mailboxes and we have two blind residents that use this pathway. There is a hello flag but no safety ramp, cones or other alerts that might deter a blind person. It's not a well lit area and is a tripping hazard. Please call at your earliest convenience, 812.650.8740 to offer solutions.
