Hi, right in front of the CVS on E. 3rd Street and the bypass, the button for the pedestrian crosswalk is yanked out of the pole.

According to the city code, the alleyway is maintained by the city. It is public and not private. This particular section has a problem with stormwater that pools and creates a large puddle for the tenants and service vehicles.
