Tree (hackberry?) in ROW on 11th Street side of lot has limbs that are blocking sidewalk passage, and up higher the limbs are growing over the lot and possibly even touching the roof of the house.
Brawley "For Rent" signs in ROW along 7th Street, Lincoln (400 N. block), Walnut (400 N. block), and Washington (500 N. block). Also on 10th near Grant that might be in ROW, but difficult to determine since they have taken over the whole street.
I work in Luddy Hall on the IU Campus. I have an ADA sticker for my car. The only ADA parking close to the southside of the building in on the west side of Myles Brank Hall behind Luddy. The City of Bloomington has timed parking along the south side of Luddy on Cottage Grove. It would benefit me to have at least one or preferably two of those parking spaces issued for drivers with a disabled license. This building has no parking on the other three sides. I'm 71 years old with major health issues and we have elderly and/or disabled family members come to Luddy also, especially in inclement weather when there is more possibility of falls. Bl Utilities replaced a culvert a week or so ago. The cut has not been replaced completely and there is a big dip plus there is no sign to indicate a bump is there. When will it be fixed completely?

Is it possible to empty the trash can at the bus stop at the Smoke Time store more often? Trash is often overflowing which gives vermin a chance to dig in it.
Coming from Woodlawn, heading towards the intersection with Hawthorne and Ballantine, there are several willow (?) trees that have such low-hanging branches that they hit pedestrians and cyclists in the face.
The speed limit sign on Longview at the intersection is too close to Pete Ellis. When Transit buses are turning, the side mirror of the vehicle makes contact with the sign if the bus is in its lane. Please move sign further east to alleviate the hazard.
Speed limit sign is needed before a child walking to school is killed by the unchecked speeders. Especially an individual in a blue suv,DLD596. I was told last time I asked rhe city ,that signs dont work,but noticed that xity employee has a speed limit sign right in front of his house
