Residents at 822 E. Hunter Ave. are using Connaught Enterprises dumpster for their trash & putting it on the ground when dumpster is full. Connaught have observed them doing this & confronted them to no avail. Would appreciate our assistance.

Dumpster across the street from this address at Illinois & Lindberg has trash scattered around it all the time. Dumpster belongs to Housing Authority. See letter for add'l info.
