Tree plot on the north side of 1st stretching east from 717 S. Henderson: ivergrown with weeds. A developer hroke ground around mid-June, demo'd rhe structure, cleared, excavated a footprint. Hasn't been back in over a month. May not know that they are responsible for mowing the treeplot strip on 1st Street
overgrown with weeds.
Excessive growth
Trash piled up in a heap alongside NW corner of house next to porch, and bins regularly stored in full view of the street.
The house has caught fire and is now boarded up. The grass needs to be mowed. There is also food that has been left in the refrigerator.
Mounds of trash and discarded furniture and refuse lying by the street.
I send this picture to simply point out that this vehicle is blocking what would be the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd St's if it were painted there, but since there is no bike lane, it isn't blocked.
Trash in bags have been at the curb for over two weeks.
There is still a hole in the sidewalk near the steps. It’s quite deep. I’ve complained before. Sometimes it’s covered with a cone but then the cone goes away. Why can’t the city put a true cover on this tripping hazard? Thank you.
