There are multiple stray cats, 2 orange cats the last few weeks. One is larger and appears pregnant, the other is aggressive and has been spraying properties on Roundhill Lane and Roundhill Court. Neighbors have experienced cat urine and feces in flower beds. Please catch and remove.
A resident named Sam Maurer who lives in Poolside Apartments has a dog who he does not properly take care of. I am not sure of the dog breed but it is a medium/large sized dog. Whenever I have been over to his apartment, the dog (named Mister) pees on the floor because his owner does not take him for walks. When Sam sees that mister has to pee, he puts him in the shower instead of taking him out for walks. It breaks my heart to see a man who can’t even take care of himself own a dog. As mutual friend of Sam’s, I was only around Mister a handful of times, the rest of the information I know about how is treated is from his best friend.
There are large amounts of broken glass in the road in the area around Harold and Alice street (which is between 8th/9th and Dunn/grant) I tried my best to avoid it today but some glass punctured my front tire and tube. Broken glass seems to be very prevalent in the areas with IU students.
the Polly Grimshaw trail is in its usual state of near impassability. The limbs down, overhanging branches and vines, weeds and dead plant trash in the R-O-W all serve to make the way at best hazardous, at worst downright dangerous. I'm not asking you folks to maintain this east side artery to the same standards that you use for the Monon Railroad trail, but. Especially nowadays when it's more dangerous to ride to campus than ever from the east due to continuous construction, Please pay a little attention to this path. I would like to report several trees along High Street with low-hanging branches that are partially blocking the sidewalk. These tree branches are hanging 3-5 feet above the sidewalk and making it very hard for anyone to walk or run without having to duck constantly. The tree branches are posing a hazard because pedestrians may need to step out into the street to navigate around them because they are partially obstructing the path. Is the city responsible for the trimming of tree branches above sidewalks? The issue has been worsening since last year.
Car door opened almost smashing two bicyclist in bike lane
It would be nice if there were bike racks at the businesses on the corner of Jordan and 3rd (e.g. Dragon Express, Soma, Mother Bears, etc). Right now there is no safe place to park bikes and most people lock their bikes to sign posts.

The bike rack at Sahara Mart on 2nd street is not ideally located. It is afixed to a street sign. The street sign blocks one of the parking spots. The rack faces the street and if you park your bike on the side of the rack that you are supposed to, it hangs in the street. The other option is park your bike on the "wrong" side of the rack and have it hanging in the sidewalk in the way of pedestrians. Plus, the bike isn't well supported on that side, so the chances of it falling over are great.
