Neighbor is working on vehicles along the street making it very difficult to pass by. I have an actual picture of guy laying under a truck with his legs in the street. This person has been called on several times and just been warned from what I gather from other neighbors on the street. He’s had trucks delivered all hours of the night and day. Blocking drives and blocking mine while I was home. He’s spry painting vehicles and the over spray is like a cloud in air, our vehicles are parked outside so this is a big issue. He has people doing work for him and parking in front of our house when we needs spaces for our visitors and family members when needed. He’s blocked other driveways as well. The last few days trucks parked there have doors on the street side left open making it more difficult to pass with already limited access

Neighbor keeps blocking multiple driveways with vehicles in front of houses.. multiple car delivers on trailers blocking drives. Has workers cars parking up and down the street taking already limited parking and space. Other neighbors have filed complaints and only been warned then goes back to doing it later. There are piles of sand and gravel in the bicycle lane on N. College Ave. from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street. This creates a sliding hazard for bicyclists in close proximity to high-speed motor vehicles.

Piece of barbed wire directly on the trail at RCA Park. It is the part of the trail that comes out into the neighborhood midway down Countryside. I passed the sign that explains that the stand of trees along this section of the trail indicates that it had once been a road. The wire is very close to where the goes out onto the sidewalk. It is dangerous because it is directly on the trail so it isn't obvious as you walk.

The parcel on w Cottage Grove doesn't have a address I'm not sure who owns it it's either a city or a Habitat parcel it overgrown and it's starting to grow on the side walk and the weeds along the street are getting tall. the parcel is across the street from 1003 w Cottage Grove. This area needs attention it has a lot of invasive plants in it.
