The traffic signals at 3rd & Bypass / College Mall Rd could use some reprogramming. Westbound traffic turning south onto College Mall gets backed up at the signal just to the south, to the extent that vehicles are blocking the intersection waiting to turn left on red. Today it was bad enough that eastbound traffic was unable to proceed through an entire cycle. Not one single vehicle got through. Also, some vehicles clearly enter on yellow (or even on red) to turn left, even though the driver can easily see that he will be unable to proceed through the intersection before the signal goes red. A camera to catch such violations would be great.

Lights out The tall large multi head lights that illuminate the 3rd St. exit onto and off of 37S. and north are out again. I'm sorry that I can not remember which one specifically. ( I think it is the one on the off ramp when going north) I know I called in the bank of lights that illuminate the on ramp coming off of 3rd st. exit going onto 37S. but what seems to have happened is that they rerouted the power from one bank of lights for another. 2900 S. Spicewood Lane @ E. Rogers Road: stop sign blocked by tree branches which also hang into the roadway and sidewalk row. tree is in tree plot at corner & prevents adequate clearance and visibility pulling out onto E Rogers Road at busy intersection.

Where Sowder Square meets Allendale Drive in Sherwood Oaks you cannot see traffic coming from the right. Almost everyone on Sowder Square has accidentally pulled out in front of traffic because they can't see traffic coming. The large bush needs to be removed before there is an accident and somebody gets hurt. Can you please take a look at this issue for the residents on Sowder Square. Thank you!

The left turn arrows for E. Moores Pike onto S. College and S. Sare cycle to short which causes traffic to back up both hills, to the round-about and to the movie theatre entrance. Then cars run the red once it goes green for College and Sare.
