My understanding is the City FINALLY was going to open Cascades road back up for some road traffic from the South. Took my family in the car today. Nope. When is this happening? Why is a park in the city harder to get to than the area lakes? Why do you make an awesome resource difficult to access to people like my family and kids? We waste our time, gas, and pollute the environment to travel extra miles and cut through pedestrian presence on the golf course why exactly? Open the road up. City parks should be accessible and open to the whole public without an obstacle course. So sick of these antics.

Re: Communication about Boil Water Alert for 7th St., 9/6/21. I did not know that there was a boil water alert for my street until, by accident, I found out about it. I'm even signed up for alerts from Monroe County, but I never received one. If you're new to Btown or even if you're not and you've never encountered a boil water alert or even if you have--if you don't know about the Monroe Cty. alert system or if that doesn't work well (I couldn't even find the alert on the Co. website), or you can't manage digital stuff, there's no way you'd be prompted to check for an alert, and that could have serious health consequences. In this time of public health crises and awareness, that's critical. Please implement an effective communications system as soon as possible so that all residents are sure to be alerted and can protect their health. Thank you.

I have no idea why it took so long, BUT it is so nice to be able to walk the b-line over the bridge and around the area of grimes and Morton and feel safe with my little kids. Please keep true to the rules and regulations surrounding Bloomington to provide to its citizens a safe community to raise children!

826 S Eastside Drive, cardboard boxes in yard, have been there for about 2 weeks. Monday was recycling. Not picked up, because they were not IN the recycling can.
1718 Circle Drive, trash pickup and recycling was Monday. Both cans still at the curb, plus 2 old chairs. These people need a friendly reminder that cans need to be removed from the curb within 24 hours after trash pick up has taken place. Week after week the cans are still sitting there days after pick up.

With the resent Court order for the fcc to answer for hiding the Hazard on radio frequency , The City needs to take hed on the potential fall out. The city should be concerned about Public health an Bone Conduction & or variations of the bio electric / radio antenna affect or near-field magnetic induction via synergic reactions from leaching heavy metals dental amalgam's and radio frequency can cause induced tinnitus and wreak havoc on one's psych, And the symptom's can distort Mental Illness and create problems for social communications . I had to call 911 for medical assistance for someone who was breathing, but appeared unconscious and was unresponsive. Around 10 min. later a police officer arrived for a well fare check and then he called for an ambulance. It ended up being more than 20 minutes after I'd called 911 that EMTs arrived. Why wouldn't they have sent an ambulance immediately? What I described to the dispatcher was a medical emergency. I understand that resources are tight, but I felt very frustrated and concerned for the unconscious person.
