Hello, I do not live in the town of Bloomington Indiana but I have become aware of a man who I think lives in this town named William j. clark now I will not get into specifics because it is absolutely discusting but he has become an infamous "Furry content creator" on the internet for many reasons but one of the reasons that is distressing is that he is raping his animals I'm sure you guys know about this but I am just very concerned with the state of his animals. Thank you
There is a dead deer on the west side of Walnut St Pike just south Allendale.
There is a severely deteriorated couple of sections of sidewalk on the west side of 3824 S Bainbridge Drive.
After the recent deluge, intersections along E 5th Street (Clark, Bryan, Union) and E 7Th St (Clark) are strewn with gravel having washed into the roads.

The water meter located at 1502 S. Olive St. has a shutoff valve that is to tight to shut off. The meter is located in the front yard and has been covered over by dirt from work that was previously done by the installation of Fiber Optic. If someone can please take a look at the meter and loosen the valve so we can shut off the water if needed. We had to do work on the bathroom and needed to shut off the water and couldn't.
I want my service acct number 14386-008 restored today per Judge Jordan Griffith Oceanic ID 10148

Please work Winslow fields so little league can play some games! This weather has been brutal for only being able to play a few games due to rain but when it has been nice out, the fields have not been open due to puddles. If someone would work the fields-the puddles could be spread out and gone!
