This traffic light is not programmed to sense vehicles. I’ve called at least 5 times over the last year.

Sidewalk ends at my property (4151) and west to Smith road. Unsafe for pedestrians to be in the "walking" or "bike path" on this road. Unsafe for drivers. Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road. Blocking this east-west corridor all summer is a disaster. Consider there are people in this town who DRIVE EAST WEST. This has diverted traffic to hillside and last evening the traffic on hillside going west was backed up from the light at high street through the roundabout near renwick. This was causing drivers to divert into the neighborhood north of there, flying through at high speeds. Open up our roads again, stop making driving impossible in Bloomington with all these sidewalks, bikepaths, street narrowing curbs that NOBODY uses. NOBODY. Put a plan into place to improve EAST WEST traffic. This is ruining the town.

On the B Line trail, the shelter that is between WonderLab and the Hyatt: this is turning into an encampment. I see open drug use while passing by each day. There is increasing trash on the ground, bikes chained to light poles, people arguing, etc. And this is mere feet from a children's museum, not to mention in the middle of downtown. I know it's a public space but these people are claiming it for their own and creating an unsafe situation. Thank you.
