This intersection is missing a stop sign on one side of the crossing. The cross traffic does not have to stop which may result in an accident if someone does not stop.
Street light on the southwest corner of Kings Ct and Olcott is out. Closest residence is 2916 South Kings Ct.
House was sold a couple of months ago. Huge, empty, uncared. Neighbors on street have no idea who purchased but assume it is a developer. Yard is now very overgrown; house has flapping broken siding high up that during storms we all think may fly off!
House abandoned. Yard taken over by weeds and grass.
The townhouses/apartment complex that is located at 342, 348, 354, 360, 366, 372, 378, 384, 390, 396 S Washington St has five street lamps that are out. Of the five, three are missing significant sections of the post itself, one even with exposed wires. These lamps have been damaged or out since at least January 2025. This part of S Washington St is pitch black at night and it is the largest portion of the street like this. I have tried to address this issue several times, with no avail. Please contact this residency about the street lamps, as this has been an ongoing and dangerous issue.

Several potholes in front of 315, 314, and 312. Crumbled asphalt in front of 325 South Arbutus Dr.
How is this both safe, and not a hazard. The far back building behind office near spillway. Update 5/7/2025… The meters are unattached from the building as of right now. Duke is planning on coming out next week to reattach to the building. Maintenance personnel is going to contact me once it is reattached
