Water runoff (consistent, day to day problem), from nearby/ adjoining (possibly restaurant/fine dining businesses) is a visual/ sanitary problem to pedestrians.
Unsafe curb damage, north edge of Kirkwood between College and Walnut, dead center, opposite the south steps to the Courthouse. This is a trip/stumble hazard, which I know because I fell on my face there at about 4:15pm on 5/1/25. There is other curb damage along the same edge, and I believe the cutout around the lamp post is also a hazard. If anything still hurts in the morning, I will get medical attention. This house is listed for rent for $1500 a month. The house is uninhabitable. The roof leaks, there is mold throughout, there is an open well/water pit underneath an unstable outbuilding with bad flooring, you can see outside from inside throughout the entire place, boards are falling off in several places. The environmental health was on site and said it needs a new septic system by June 2, 2025. The landlord knows this and put it up for rent the very next day. There are plenty of videos and photos of what is going on with the property.
Very large pot hole.
Same recurring issue! Yard is over grown with grass and weeds. Fallen limbs all over yard. This is very unsafe for their children. Something needs to be done!
Several potholes in front of 315, 314, and 312. Crumbled asphalt in front of 325 South Arbutus Dr.
Pedestrian crossing lights out at south crossing at 4th and Rogers
Gutter has dirt in it with small plants growing in the dirt
One of the water meter covers for our culdesac has been run over by the mowers and is half off the meter sump!
