On the corner of Covenanter and high on the right as you’re heading south on high there’s a dangerous drop off into a rocky drainage area that needs to have a guardrail or some type of protection. The road lists in the direction of the drop off and at some point fire and rescue is going to have to fish a car out of the drop off. Not sure how this was allowed to be built without a guardrail. It may be the biggest pothole in the city.

See closed case #184736: in front of Mother Bear's on E Third Street. The metal drain cover on the sidewalk again has fallen in and is a tripping hazard for pedestrians. Maybe it is time to look for a more permanent solution rather than just putting it back in its place.

City street tree blocking on street parking ar 105 North Roosevelt Street. Tree is on south property line of 107 North Roosevelt street. Tenants of 105 have on street parking only and it is not possible in front of the I crouching tree. Please let me know what you will do to take care of the issue. Thank you.

City webpages: Your U-Report lists Bird, Lime and VeoRide scooters - "click here for problems, etc." - isn't Bird the only scooter company still licensed? Also, when you look for other scooter info, it shows a YouTube video with a Veo scooter and lists all three companies - Web pages need updated!

every tuesday at around 7:30 am. convenience store on corner of grimes and walnut, semi on wrong side of road blocking traffic and bus stop. plenty of space in parking lot. very dangerous!

Re: 4784 S Abington Ave Acct: 89652-002 Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Contractors were working at the front of my yard 2 or 3 weeks ago, and I noticed a sewage smell in my garage around the same time. Unfortunately, the smell has not gone away. Can you confirm whether the city has been in my neighborhood doing work and whether the sewage line in the area has been compromised?

There are a couple intersections around where I live that 100% need to be four way stops. It is incredibly scary trying to creep up and look for cars that could be coming because it is impossible to see them without being practically in the middle of the road. The biggest problem areas are on Smith Ave and E University St. For a more detailed location I would be willing to take some pictures once I get a response.

When is this city going to clean up all the passed out junkies littering our streets? I can't even shop in my own fucking city anymore. Last night I went downtown to eat dinner and I'm the span of 4 blocks I was harassed for change multiple times, someone threatened to steal my sunglasses, and a man was shitting in a trash can wiping his ass with his bare hands right outside town hall. Seriously when are you going to wake up and do your job. I've lived in major metro areas and have never seen anything close to this. People openly smoking crack, nodding off on heroin this is a fucking mess and someone is going to end up getting hurt or worse.
