The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. Sinkhole next to curb. Broke as I stepped off the curb and my leg was swallowed. Rolled my ankle, scraped my leg. Please see to it that the hole is filled asap, it's a saftey hazard.

Sheridan Drive between E. Karen and S. Highland, the bike/pedestrian lane on Sheridan has a lot of gravel and sand and junk in it. This is on a downhill in a bike plane and covers most of the lane. Can this get cleaned up and swept off?

Japanese knotweed (prohibited plant) growing on north end of lot, close to and visible from the alley. Another opportunity for HAND to connect with residents and make more friends.

This photo was taken on April 28, 2025, before 10 pm. It is a photograph of one of the lights on the east side of the house, on the porch. The light is completely unshielded, glaring, very bright, with light trespass onto the neighboring property. The photo of the light was taken from inside the neighboring house to the south/ The light trespass onto this neighboring property from 2104 Woodstock place was measured by someone from the city, and confirmed, years ago. This is an ongoing problem. It is a disruptive nuisance. Please enforce the municipal code. These are the violations of the municipal code by the owners of 2104 Woodstock place: lighting: (5) Glare. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so as not to cause glare at or beyond the property line and shall not be aimed toward traffic. Shielding. ii. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line.
