Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

On east side of b line between Kirkwood and 6th Street. Chicken waddle hangs down into head space about 4 ft from edge of path. This is a relatively congested part of the b line and it is often necessary to detour off the path here to get around a stationary group. i have had close calls with this chicken waddle, and other people have actually hit it with their heads while biking. Now that dave williams is gone could we get a little consideration for safety?

I submitted a report yesterday, May 5, 2023. As my husband and I thought back through the week...
it was Tuesday morning, May 2, 2023 when this happened. Driving south on Rogers at 8:15am. A work sign crashed into my car. The worker and I examined the side of the car. At home, I saw that the antennae has been slashed; there is also some damage to the top of the car in front of the antennae. My case number is #183678 and was given to Adam Weson to handle. I will get an estimate for repairs this week. Who must I contact to have this resolved?
Thank-you, Kim

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I paid him and called the number again and they told me that the city rules don't apply to them> I don't understand if they are operating in town, how come they can violate the city rules like that?
This is the phone # I called to request a cab and this is where I found themhttps://www.yelp.com/biz/bestride-taxi-bloomington

There is very loud music coming from cars using the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Summit and W 11th st. Every night, cars park there and play very loud music for 10-15 minutes at a time. This happens almost every night, sometimes several times per night. It happens at midnight, or at 1, 2 or 3 am. The music can be heard from our bedroom and our house walls vibrate. This has become very uncomfortable as it wakes us up every time it happens. This is a noise violation since we can hear it from our home. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

Can someone from the city comment on what private property owners can do with scooters abandoned, left, or staged on their property? Calls to the scooter companies to have these moved are not often met with a prompt response.

I'm writing to express my gratitude for the efforts Bloomington Parks and Rec is making to support reduce pollution, save money, and support native species and ecosystem services in our city parks.
I've been particularly delighted to see former areas of lawn in Winslow Park and Crestmont Park converted to no mow zones and planted with native trees! After just a short period of time, these areas are already supporting wildlife and adding natural beauty (asters were blooming today!) in a ways that mowed lawns never could.
Thank you for supporting these no mow zones - I'd love to see more of them!

Please keep introducing new no mow zones in public parks to increase the growth of native plant species and increase biodiversity in our town. Increasing these spaces can greatly improve the quality of life in the surrounding area, not just for humans but also for many crucial insects and animals in our city.
