Per letter, citizen is requesting a 30 minute parking zone on N. Fess between 10th st. and Cottage Grove for use as a loading zone. (see letter in traffic complaint file.)

The drain pipe that runs next to the house is clogged up with debris. The house was finished just recently (has TCO permit no. 36401) with the drain clogged up.
Woodbridge Apts. residents are not using dumpsters, just throwing trash on the street. There is trash, glass, furniture, and seepage. She lives in the house next to Woodbridge and says that the smell is unbearable.
