The right lane of eastbound W 3rd St, between S College Ave and S Washington St, is covered with potholes and uneven pavement, which makes it very difficult to drive on. Please repave the eastbound section of these two blocks. The paving that was performed from 4th Street northward in late 2024 was very successful. Thank you. Chuck Russo

Can the city check the Rail Trail and surrounding property to make sure the homeless aren't camping there again after being evicted and trespassed in 2024? There's some tents visible and tonight (4/21/25) it smells like burning trash again. Please continue to monitor this area and prevent the problem from returning. It's unsafe with the homeless by the trail and the problem needs to be kept at bay permanently. Thanks.

The park is in need of some maintenance. The rubber surface is raised is several places and is a major tripping hazard. The spinning seat has a large hole inside of it. The sound boards no longer work and the drum is missing parts. We love this beautiful park and frequent it often. Thank you for looking into this.

Catherine Pierce (goes by Cathy) called in to complain about her neighbors parking in front of her ADA accessible ramp that is in front of her home (on the Fairview Side). The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out.
