Complainant would like a traffic volume count performed on Convenanter for use in assessing the impact of the Rogers Development proposed behind Jackson Creek Shopping Center.

Mr. Moulden called about the approval of Phase V Section 2 at Tamarron. He is concerned that this building activity will further exacerbate the water problem the Gun Club has been experienceing. Mr. Moulden complained of an increasing problem over the last couple of years. The Gun Club, which is downstream of Tamarron, has been flooded with a couple of feet of water during some storm events.
Trash on back porch.
Dumpster a constant problem for around 9 years.
People living in Walker trailer court are dumping trash into Wylie complex and totally filling up the dumpster.
