Chickens are running loose toward the Southern end of Hawthorne Street (1000 block). The chickens appear to be eating all the grass seed the city put down for the cut-through between Hawthorne and Weatherstone. How did the city allow hotel-type accommodations in R2 zoning on East Chris Ln.? Six cars are being parked nightly on a dead-end street, some new and some recurring. This is restricting access to mail delivery and sanitation services, and it will cause problems for snow removal. How is this kind of property usage being allowed to disrupt the neighborhood?
