Lots of homeless. Doing drug cussing passing out. Yelling. At a kids park. It is getting bad. I like taking my daughter here

A bit odd to have Black & Brown Arts on the same day as Pride maybe. If going to do so would have been great to have seen more collaboration between the City and Pride in cross-marketing, maybe a joint venture, or something that would make it feel a bit collaborative instead of potential to choose either or. Hard in a busy town to avoid other events, but these were both cultural festivals.
"Seal Coating" sign in the ROW at 400 S High Street.
519 s village ct Bloomington Indiana Chickens running around neighborhood at all times. Keeps digging in all our mulch and flower beds destroying them. Pooping all over our porches. Dogs going crazy at all times because they are in our yards. It's out of control and ridiculous at this point. Seems like they are at our houses more than where they live. They are not taking care of, now they are laying eggs on our property. Please do something about this before we the people have to take matters in our own hands!

City vehicle has a messed up license plate
A couple of years ago the city portion of Maybury Mall and Market Place in front of the Woodland Springs Apartments were on the list to be paved. They have not. How come? Will they be paved this year?
Excessive speeding
Noticed today that my street Spicewood Lane is likely being repaved. The asphalt in front of my driveway for 2519 S Spicewood lane is already highly built up and causes any non-SUV vehicles to bottom out. I wanted to verify that the asphalt (or at least in front of the drives) would be cold planed (ground down) to minimize the height differences so that the problem is not made even worse.
We've just noticed that a tree on the strip of grass between our house and the street has a fairly large branch that likely was damaged in the recent storm. It was not really noticeable until its leaves began to die and turn brown. The rest of the tree is still green, and it appears the branch has not snapped off completely, but could still be dangerous. Is it the city's job to tend to the problem?
