Bushes over alley.
Bushes over alley.
Trailer parked in the tree plot. Parking Enforcement officer told him to move the trailer last week, but it's still in the tree plot.
He says that the house to the south of him is a rental and the people park in the alley, blocking it., and then cars drive around them on his property. He would like to install some sort of curbing but does not know where the edge of the alley is.

Pick-up truck w/trash & roaches in front of rental property at Amaryllis. Abandoned vehicle. Tenants have called landlord. Landlord has taken no action.
On July 29, 1996, Ms. Murphyy got a disconnect notice on a different account. She said she was told by CBU employee that she had two accounts - one was a phantom account and was meter reader's fault. The clerk stated it was all straightened out. While Ms. Murphy was on vacation, her water was disconnected. Water was not turned back on as they were told after her call. Meter reader turned water on. She wants apology.

Weeds & trash on sidewalk for 2-3 weeks.
Sign on telephone pole "Gigantic Yard Sale" almost caused traffic accident last night. Ms.Ham has complained before about the signs.
Citizen says he took some trash to landfill between 11:30-11:45 on Tuesday, Sept. 3. Said while he was on the scales, a City Sanitation truck came up behind him, driver got out and started screaming and cursing at him. Says driver had long dark curly hair. Says City employees should not behave this way.
