Hello, I work at Teach and Play ABA and it’s owned by Sara Shrivastav. She sent us an email in regards to the fire safety issues that she was made aware of and she hasn’t any intentions of making changes as of right now. I’m concerned because we’ve already had a fire in the facility and it was very poorly handled. I’m worried for the safety of myself, coworkers and children at the facility. She wrote us an email saying we are not allowed to let you in the building and it’s just very concerning to me. She has already opened two more facilities and they also don’t have sprinklers or fire alarms and I ultimately just want to make sure we’re in a safe environment. I’m also not sure if it’s structurally sound. She did a lot of the remodeling by herself so if there’s anyway someone could check that and make sure things are up to standard because she had mercury lightbulbs which caused the first fire, I would really appreciate that. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns regarding this matter.

I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately. Resturant staff wanted to clean the section we were in so with multiple tables still around they started moving chairs into all of the walkways to block them off. To leave the building we had to move multiple chairs that were blocking every exit to leave. I found it to be a major fire hazard and figured I'd report it. This was at 1pm March 1st.

There's a hole in the road next to the sidewalk, just South of the intersection of Lincoln & Wilson Streets, on the West side of the street. It's been there since the crew was installing cable a couple of months ago. It's a hazard!

The fire department left a grill behind when they left the old Bunger Robertson building. It needs to be removed. If they don’t have a proper grill at their new location, please contact me so we can donate a new grill. The one they left behind is forlorn.

My old car which is registered to park in Bloomington does not work anymore and I'm getting rid of it. I am getting a new car for the next few weeks to replace the old one. Can I use the sticker on the old car and put it in the new one to park on the street or can I not do that since I didn't register with the city?

The GigabiteNow crews have been drilling round holes about 9 inches in diameter in many streets in town. I've especially noticed it on W 8th and W 6th Streets because I travel those streets daily on my bicycle, but they are on other streets, too. They have not been filling these holes properly and the holes are becoming a hazard for bicycles. They should be require to go back and properly fill those holes so that they leave the surface smooth with no craters or bumps.
