Recently, I've seen several young Tulip Trees infested with scale in the neighborhoods where I walk. I first noticed them because their bark is so black I thought they'd been scorched, but when I looked closely they're covered in scale. The trees are between the street and the sidewalk, so I assume they're city trees. They're in the Sherwood Oaks, Peppergrass, and surrounding neighborhoods. Here are the specific locations for the one's I've found so far: • Benson Court, just west of Jamie Lane. The tree is on the south side of the street. • Heather Drive, west of Preston. There's one on the south side of the street and another on the north side a bit further down the road (near Grasstree Ct.). • Allendale Drive, west of Bainbridge. On the north side of the street.

Trees down across stream at Lower Cascades. could collect branches & detritus over time, causing blockage. Location is near IMI concrete company.

Betsy Smith - 812-327-5472 Ms. Smith called to report that sewer work was done at Jackson/W. Kirkwood. This has caused one of the manhole covers to not be sealed properly and it is constantly rattling. She would like to have someone come out and correct this.

On both sides of Basswood Drive, the sidewalks are badly cracked and/or buckled. This is a major tripping hazard. Also, on Basswood Drive, the road for cars has bumps and cracks. Then, there is always trash strewn all along the road.

During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. Are plastic bottles wrapped in a plastic label recyclable as is or does the plastic wrap label need to be removed?

Very, very large potholes throughout the alleyway to the east of my house as well as to the north. I have small cars and it is damaging them. Have asked several months ago. To have them fixed, but nothing‘s been done.
