A dead opossum is lying in the middle of 1st St., right in front of 405 E. 1st.

There are so many loose power lines all over Varsity Court properties. There is one in the main parking lot that is dangling so badly as well. I made a maintenance request for the other one and they just moved it into some branches instead of actually getting someone to fix it.

Water main pipe burst, again! Reporting excessive water usage and problem!

Along southbound The Stands Drive there are at least four (4) street light posts that have the access panel and/or a light lens removed. Approximate locations are as follows: (1) first southbound side light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south E.Rogers Road (access panel is dangling on post and two light lens are missing); (2) light post located on southbound side at The Stands Drive and E.Autumn Drive (access panel is open and loose but still attached to the post); (3) first southbound light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south of E.Autumn Drive (access panel is on the ground at the base of the post; and (4) southbound light post on The Stands Drive at S.Ashwood Drive (access panel to light post is removed and sitting on top of adjacent green utility box). The streetlight on the southeast corner of Morton and 9th is out. I submitted to both Duke and the City of Bloomington and both said it was not their light. Is there another party that is responsible for maintenance of this light? There are multiple of the same type of light down the east side of Morton and all are working.

Trash and recycle was not picked up on trash day which is Monday. Cans are starting to overflow. The cans are left on the street to be picked up. Thank you
