Crosswalk button closest to the old hospital (grass lot) is extremely hard to push and most times does not work when you push it. I’m not sure if it needs to get adjusted but I constantly have to cross without using it.
Hello , During the month of December 2024, there was utility work done on my property while I was away for the winter break. When I returned, there was 1.5 feet of snow; however, since it has melted, I have seen the damage that was done to my front yard - see the attached photos. There are two holes in my lawn (photo on right) and the crew stained my limestone walkway (photo on left). Can you please send the utility company to repair these damages as soon as possible? Multiple parties (at least three) were walking dogs (often more than one) off leash in back of Childs School around 5-6 pm. The dogs were also not under voice control. Not all dogs, and not all people, can handle being charged, even if the dogs are hoping to play.

A few potholes in this intersection on the north side. Makes it hard to turn left from Westminster onto Allendale. We know you probably have a lot of these to fix right now, and we are grateful to you all for your hard work!

Sunday night I noticed a bad taste change in our drinking water. Others have noticed as well. I’m sure others have complained and I am aware of different source, but this is unacceptable. I have always been pleased with the water in the past but our water filter doesn’t even take this foul taste out of it. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Thank you
In November I had reported an issue with the traffic signal at Hillside/High St. (Case #199372). It was closed as resolved, but the issue has never been corrected. There is an issue with the sequencing of the light phasing. The cars heading south High St. always receive a left turn signal, regardless if there is a car sitting in the turn lane. The north/south bound lanes already receive a significantly less phase time (understandably so given the traffic on Hillside), but this creates an even shorter phase for cars going north on High St., especially with the no turn on reds posted at this intersection. Can the phasing of this light be addressed so that the southbound traffic doesn't receive a left turn signal unless there is a car in the turn lane?
Counted over 40 pieces of trash along the south wood fence. Most looks to be mowed over and old trash. Also lots of trash in the building hallways and around the outside doors.
