I am the maintenance manager for the The Quarters here at 1521 Isaac Dr. When you are on the property, specifically on Westplex Ave, starting at west 3rd street and spanning all the way to W Milieu Dr, there is an abandoned construction project in the easement that has open holes in the earth that are dangerous to the public and is at this point damage to the grounds and has been an eyesore to the property for months. My concern is primarily safety, as anybody that inadvertently steps into these openings will no doubt suffer injury, but also the ongoing, unfinished work that some contractor was permitted to start and as of yet not returned to complete.

In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. The south east corner of the intersection of Kirkwood and Washington. The curb cut is covered with snow. The city seems to just be winning for everything to melt, but meanwhile it’s very difficult for people with wheelchair to get around. This is an accessibility issue. Please flag Michael Shermis.

Snow plows pushed the snow out of the cul-de-sac and basically in front of my house specifically, my mailbox is now blocked. The mail trucks will no longer deliver mail to my house because of the snow. It’s basically an icy snow situation that I cannot handle myself so I am no longer receiving any mail service. Well I appreciate the snow plows, I do not appreciate that. It’s not allowing me to get mail any longer.

Fiber co. Cut sidewalk. Someone came to patch with asphalt. Asphalt sunk immediately. Looks like a significant hole in sidewalk. Water meter appears to be affected as well - tilting towards the hole (did not use to).
