2 new red HANDYMAN signs at the High Street/ Winslow/Rogers roundabout. One is at the yield sign, when you come from Winslow. If you go around the roundabout, you will see the other one.
The metal drainage channel cover that runs across the sidewalk right between Mother Bear's (1428 E Third Street) and Campus Tutoring Service (1424 E Third Street) has sunken and is now a tripping hazard for pedestrians.
A couple of times recently the light at sare rd/college mall has not detected my car in the east bound straight lane of sare rd. This appears to only happen at night. I usually end up there for a few cycles.

Traffic light on IN 45/46 for this turning left onto E Matlock Rd is unattached from the cables holding it steady and not facing the traffic it is meant to direct.
City trash tote behind Smoking Jacks on w 17th
On roger street across the street from the community kitchen there is a homeless camp. There is stolen merchandise from local retailers (shopping carts), tons of trash, and feces surrounding the area bc of this camp!!!
The large tree at the corner of Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr has been seriously damaged. Looks like some truck or piece of equipment backed into the tree damaging the lower part near the roots. The tree is on city property so we assume it is the city’s responsibility to nurture its trees. Please help this tree heal.
There is some kind of water leak in the yard of the building on the corner of grant and Kirkwood. A new handicap spot was just given to the parking there, but water continuously flows down the sidewalk, which means that it turns to Ice in the winter. Not a great place to walk - especially if you are handicapped.
