Construction Debris around public building

We own and manage the residential property at 323 S Grant. There is a temporary construction/traffic sign in the street plot in front of the property that keeps getting blown over by the wind. There was an identical sign 100 feet down the block that has already been removed. We kindly ask that you have the contractor responsible for the sign to either a) remove the sign (construction is over) or b) have the sign fixed, perhaps with better weights, so it doesn't keep getting toppled over by wind.

Hi, This tree along Olcott Blvd appears to be dying and in need of attention. Bark is falling away from the tree and has shown various other signs of deterioration. If possible, we'd like it removed and another tree of the same planted in its place.

Hi, There is a large Callery pear tree along a waterway and it should be removed. Several smaller Callery pear trees appear to have sprouted nearby and should also be removed.
