There’s a dead fox middle of right lane over on 46 northbound right near the intersection of eastgate lane, south of the apartment building. Thanks so much & RIP fox
Trash. All along highway 37 south, all the way to the Lawrence County line. The side of the road is so trashy, is there anyway we can use Jail Inmates to clean it up ?
Pothole near 113 E First Street
There are multiple overhead lights at the Bryan Park tennis courts near the intersection of Woodlawn and Maxwell. Some of the lights shine on the courts while some of the lights shine on the street and sidewalk. The lights aligned to shine on the street and sidewalk are all out. As a result, it is very dark on this section of Woodlawn.
Temporary signs (without permit?) at the corner of Moore's Pike and Smith road: Handiman and City Church
Sign in right-of-way without permission for Lighthouse Christian Academy at Smith and Morningside. Directly at bus stop. Please promptly remove the unauthorized sign. Visual distraction for drivers at the intersection and physical distraction for bus entry/exit at stop. But unrelated to removal, it is an absolute shame that an inclusive city like Bloomington hosts a school that receives public dollars in the form of vouchers that excludes queer children and the children of queer parents. This goes beyond the hiring of ministers as teachers and flat denies kids basic educational opportunity. It doesn't feel great to get off the City bus to be greeted with a sign that effectively says "gays need not apply." Gross and it would be nice if City government was more vocal about opposing anti-LGBT bigotry in a city to so many queer residents and their families.
Excessive noise. All day and now into late night.
The small dog park area could use some mud puddle work. Thanks!
Contractor/company installing public project fiber has not provided any advance notice to any neighbors. Instead, we all received flyers AFTER work was done. Several issues with work existed, but the number goes to a voicemail and language barriers prevented communication with staff onsite with some neighbors. Please make sure work and appropriate rehabilitation occurs with large City projects such as this. Machinery should be parked on pavement, not yards, for instance overnight, etc.
