Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. Lots of dog feces on the B-Link trail are not being picked up by owners. This issue has been happening for several months, despite convenient receptacles. Is it possible to post reminders and/or encourage people to pick up after themselves?

The Jackson Creek trail south of Sherwood Oaks Park extending to Rhorer is like a sheet of ice and very treacherous.
