There is an illegal sign in front of big red liquors @ 1199 South College Mall Road.

There is a sidewalk leading into the South College Mall Road Kroger (directly across from Jackson Creek Dental). Right in the middle of the sidewalk is a Stop Sign embedded in a concrete block. This pretty much makes the sidewalk completely impassable.
