"As someone who enjoys walking and bicycling, I would very much like to see consideration of more bike paths and sidewalks to enchance the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. Citizen says she saw trash crew throw her can and it was airborne for about 10 feet. Says she constantly finds her cans all over the yard. Understands that we can't replace all cans neatly where they were found, but thinks crews could take more care in handling her trash cans.
