"As someone who enjoys walking and bicycling, I would very much like to see consideration of more bike paths and sidewalks to enchance the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. I don't walk or bike as much as I would if it were safer. (Jane - fyi 2 AO's pending on her for stop sign requests).
There is high grass on this property. Grass has never been cut.
Refrigerator on front porch appears to be unsecured. Caller and her neighbor both have small children who might be attracted to it. Complaintant is also finding it necessary to go 3 blocks out of her way because occupants of 310 E Cottage Grv. are parking in alley, making it impossible to get through.

Citizen says she saw trash crew throw her can and it was airborne for about 10 feet. Says she constantly finds her cans all over the yard. Understands that we can't replace all cans neatly where they were found, but thinks crews could take more care in handling her trash cans.
Complaintant is very concerned by an apparently unsecured refrigerator on front porch. She and next door neighbor have small children who could be attracted by it. Also, there is a large amount of trash on the front porch, and the occupants park in the alley, blocking it for through traffic. Because of one way streets, it forces her to go three blocks out of her way.
