What IS GOING ON? I reported a water valve cover missing over 3 weeks ago on 1800 E Hillside Dr at the corner of 1500 S Dorchester Dr. You have an 8" hole in the road & right at school bus stop.
Pothole at the corner of Walnut and 6th Street, also one if you continue in the direction of the City Library at #108 6th.
I recently purchased and received my neighborhood parking pass (neighborhood 1), but I messed up when trying to apply the permit to my window and I need a new sticker permit.

Saw a few reports on here were closed with very much the same answers but other concerns in the reports were ignored. We moved here years ago to retire and had worked in other governments and they all worked the same hours. Why do the county and city in this geographical area not work the same hours? It is very confusing because us citizens do not always know the correct place for help and need one or the other. Contrary to the response on here, we see the job postings in the paper, and the county has higher wages now by far with less education requirements, they work less hours as a whole, and they are closed for more holidays. I am unclear as to why the response given on this system is dismissive when there’s clearly a need for employees to be retained because citizens’ needs are not being met? Again it seems there have been many concerned with the fact that -not just you but many employers in the city are not modernizing and helping retain and attract employees in a healthy way for the long-term. If we were still in the government system working, a random additional benefit would not retain me versus better pay and less work hours in a week. Just another thought from involved citizens. The regular speed sign is covering up the children at play sign and has for over a year despite the fact that you recurbed the street and repaved it. You can't just stand the speed limit 25 mph up. It falls back over to where you see it in this picture. Please fix

HI, is there a bike safety class offered by the city? I work with newly arrived refugees who rely on their bikes for transportation and would like to enroll them in a general bike safety class. I appreciate any resources or options you may provide. Many thanks!
