The guard rail at this location has been damaged for quite a long time. It would be ineffective at absorbing a hit from another errant automobile.

Water is coming up out of the street at the North East corner of Rogers and Graham.
I live close to Summit Elementary and there is a lot of loud music with heavy bass going on today at RCA Park. Also tons of dogs barking constantly. I don’t live too close, so I’m surprised I can hear anything at all. That’s how loud it is.
In reference to closed case 180661 (NOV sent, case closed): College Movers & Haulers sign is again or still on the pole at the intersection of Moores Pike and High street.

2 LIME scooters dumped on sidewalk in front of 700 S Eastside Drive (that house is for sale at the moment, no one lives there) and blocking pedestrian traffic.
For administration & council as budget is coming up: please let it be noted that many many citizens of this city are underpaid for the cost of living here. No only that, but inflation and rising consumer costs have made it nearly impossible to own anything or increase personal savings. This government makes up a large pool of employees in this area, along with IU and a few major companies or even Monroe County. In doing so, you continually underpay employees and justify it based on the surrounding employers’ low wages. This is UNacceptable. Many hourly positions you hire for are not with full advertised pay scales, are not union protected, and do not account for actual salaries/hourly wages that are being paid across this country in similar cost of living areas. Admin and council need to get it together and apply money to the folks you expect to keep this local economy afloat. Do Better Bloomington. Would like to know -what percentage of your employees actually live within city limits versus how many live outside of it -of those who live in city limits, how many can actually own their own home?
Our home has reduced water pressure today, I noticed it earlier this morning, last night it was fine. I don't see any leaks running onto street or in neighboring yards. If pressure was automatically lowered this is concerning, our home has boiler heat and when this happened in the winter our boilerwas negatively impacted. Can our pressure be restored? Thanks
