Winslow Rd needs repair (red circle in pic). When bigger trucks or trailers hit this pothole, it makes a very loud noise. It is located on the South side of Winslow right by a power pole.

Bloomington Hardware (at the Covenanter-College Mall intersection) removed all their bicycle parking spaces a couple years ago. Does that violate city code or can businesses just do that at their discretion?

The walk sign light at the South-West corner at 10th and Walnut (facing north to cross 10th) is out. It has been flickering for a while now and has finally stopped working. The red Do Not Walk light works, it is only the white walk light that is out. Thanks!

420 Eastside Drive has been for years and still is a junk yard. There are several vehicles that have not moved in ages, there is trash in the yard (empty soda cans, beverage container). How about City Ordinance 15.16.020 (6):
a vehicle that is six or more model years old and mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than thirty days.
The picture was taken from the Hunter foot path. This yard is far from the pearl of the neighborhood.

On June 26th, I took my daughter to Switchyard Park. We were playing in the Splash Pad some time between noon and 12:30 when I heard a man yell, “Fuck you, Karen!”
I looked in the direction of the sound, toward the shelter nearest the Splash Pad (the one with the bathrooms attached). I saw a tall, skinny man in a neon “Parks” vest storming off away from a family with a young child. There were two other Parks employees sitting at a table under the same shelter and the man that stomped off went to light up a cigarette behind the shelter.
While I did not witness the entire situation, I presume the woman asked him not to smoke under the shelter while everyone was eating lunch there and he got angry. It was hot that day, so I understand he wanted to be in the shade, but that is not an appropriate reaction.
I ask that you please investigate the situation to find out what happened from your employees themselves, as I only witnessed the tail-end of the confrontation.
Thank you.
