car parked illegaly on southwest corner of 2nd/3rd floor of 4th street parking deck - not within lines and not per the sign - non ev parked in ev spot. I know they will say "i didnt see the sign" or "there were plenty of other spots open" but the rule is for everyone. Please ticket them. Thank you.

Could you please make it so 1) we can purchase a specific amount of time as you can in Indianapolis and other cities (several times I have forgotten to stop my parking and ended up paying for 12 hours and only parked for 30 minutes.
