The couple at 708 Ballantine are using an air horn to chase off deer in their yard. Several neighbors have spoken to them about this over the last 6 weeks and yet they continue.

In the 4th Street Parking Garage all 6 of the electric vehicle charging stations were not working. They appeared fine but when connecting or using the EVConnect app they were shown to be "in maintenance" and would not charge. This was Sunday January 23. I tried all 6 stations.
A big thank you to the city for getting the area cleaned up. That is so much better.
Pothole near the intersection of Hunter and Eastside Drive.
I got a parking ticket, but I wasn’t even parked. I had to run inside of a building really quick and I put my hazards on while the car was still running with someone in it. The guy giving me a ticket got really aggressive with me and started to pick a fight with me. I was trying to resolve this in a calm manner but he got into another fight with a man on the street. I did not need to be harassed.
I saw crack on slide walk near downtown
Appliances, sink, bed frames, wooden steps, cabinets, dry wall piled up for over 6 months
I think the city should show its support, banning transgender sport, Indiana is one step closer to banning transgender girls from playing girls' sports HB 1041 passed in the House Education Committee
In my neighborhood is an unhappy (I assume) dog that barks most of the day most days. It can start early, say, 7 am, and go late. I hear it clearly because its residence (324 S. Rogers Street) and mine are close, and the barking is irritating and destructive of the peace that one expects to have in one's own home. I assume (but don't know) that the dog barks mostly when the owner is not at home, and so may not be aware of his/her dog's misery and the misery it causes the neighborhood.
Can there be a policy change so staff do not comment on a case using the resident's name thus identifying people who report concerns?
