No Turn on Red sign facing west on Allen is either so faded or dirty as to be difficult for east-bound drivers to see even in daytime. Have witnessed more illegal right turns there than should be normal and suspect this is because sign is so dark that drivers overlook it. This makes for a hazardous situation that you might want to correct.
Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. I was just walking at the intersection of Kirkwood and Grant and came upon a woman who had just tripped on an uneven sidewalk and hit her head on the sidewalk. She was bleeding from her brow. Two men were tending to her injury. I bystander sitting on the bench a few feet away told me what he’d seen, that she was walking east on Kirkwood, looked ahead of her for a second, and tripped over the uneven sidewalk. The lip is sticking up right next to a very small utility manhole-type thing. I have two more photos I took right away. This is of her blood spattered on the pavement. Can this uneven sidewalk please be repaired? It is clearly a hazard and would have to be problematic for anyone using a wheelchair there as well. Thank you.
The tree/roots between the sidewalk and road between 2704 and 2702 E Brigs Bnd has caused the sidewalk to tilt and hold water. This will pose an icy surface and is difficult with my walker. I also am concerned the water will cause damage to my driveway. Is this something you can look into. Thank you. V/R Kenneth Crevier
A visitor to the atrium this morning 8/29/2024 complained of sediment from 402 South Euclid Avenue washing onto the sidewalk along Howe Street. The visitor did not leave contact information for follow up.

Thank you for patching the cut in the sidewalk, but now instead of a small trench it's a bump. Please patch sidewalks to be flat. (southwest corner at Southdowns/Woodlawn intersection).

My name is Nick Pejeau, and I'm an IU Health employee representing our Trauma Services Community Outreach program, Stepping On. The program seeks to reduce fall risks for elderly adults. One of our class participants reported concerns for fall hazards due to unearthing and uneven sidewalks in their neighborhood where they walk to the grocery. They did not give me an exact location but said, "The first one is on Kinser Pike, somewhere between N Skyline Dr and W Parrish Rd., I think. The second one, the one with cane for scale, is on W Parrish Rd. between Kinser Pike and Kroger." I've attached the picture they submitted to me. Thank you.
