Water draining across the yard and down the sidewalk at 1220 E Hunter. It was spewing out intermittently Wednesday morning (Feb 23 2022). Is that a violation of municipal code 12.04.020 - Discharge of water on sidewalk?
It is unlawful for any person owning or controlling any building in the city adjacent to an improved sidewalk to permit water to run from a downspout attached to such building onto and over such sidewalk.
(Prior code § 23-4).
It was likely to freeze and make walking hazardous.
Thank you.

Gourley pike eastbound side is a mess of dangerous potholes that make you have stop if you can go around them due to oncoming cars. It’s the section that parallels the bypass if you are going to the bypass from Arlington road.

I went to the Parks and Rec website pages to find where all the parks are in the City. I found it in the program guide, but it would be nice if this were online and interactive (when I mouse over a location, I'm provided with descriptive info about the place and its amenities). Is this in the works?
Also - there is a site called "Millenium Park" on Adams Street across from one of the Bloom Apartment complexes. They have doggie bags and some trashcans for full doggie bags, but the trashcans are always overflowing. Just wondering who owns and caretakes this park - I'm not seeing it among the parks that the City owns and cares for.

Regarding two street lights along college mall road, I am confused why they cycle in the way they do. The light at Buick cadillac and college mall typically runs green equally either way when the traffic on college mall road is by far more busy. Likewise the light between 2nd and 3rd street is cycled equally when again the traffic along college mall road is much busier. Their frequently is a line going south that gets stuck on 3rd street because of the constant backup of traffic caused by this. I am sure there is reasons for the different cycles programmed for the lights, but these two just does not make sense to me.
Thank you for your time.
