Can someone from the city comment on what private property owners can do with scooters abandoned, left, or staged on their property? Calls to the scooter companies to have these moved are not often met with a prompt response.

Hello. The team laying the fiber cables dug up my front yard to lay the fiber. There are still cones and a pile of dirt in my front yard. I’d like to go ahead and repair the damage to my yard, but as the cones are still present, I’m not sure if the team is coming back to dig more. Please advise. Also, the team dug a hole in the street in front of my driveway. They filled it with gravel, but the gravel is starting to settle and there is now a depression in the street. Will this hole be properly repaired soon? Thank you.
There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. As this is a safety hazard, please confirm you can either block it off or repair it asap. Thank you!
I am away on business and person watching my house reported that my front yard was dug up by the nuisance folks doing some kind of work in Ron Heifhts. Will the city be reseeding and fixing this area of grass between sidewalk and curb? No one contacted me whatsoever about this work or that they would be digging up my yard. Pair of floodlights on second floor of back (north) side of house are shining directly at neighbor's house across alley and bathing it in bright, harsh light all night long.
There is not enough parking space in the driveway for the number of cars this house has. So, because no parking is allowed on the street, every day after 5-6 pm, and all day on weekends a car is parked in the yard. Is parking enforcement available evenings or weekends? This has been going on for months.
