There is a perpetual pothole in front of 1855 S. Maxwell St. It might get filled once a year but it is back! Wonderful if it could be patched please.

Multiple problems with the unit. Mold growth, the ceilings leak when it rains. No kickboard underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. No screens in windows. Rats. Upstairs bathroom, knob to turn off and on water sticks out like a mile long. Baseboard of wall upstairs coming off. Light switch in my boys room installed upsidedown. My boys window frame is installed completely wrong. You would just have to see it to understand. Floor is peeling up, that connects my living floor to my kitchen. Which mind you, I try and hide and cover, because they never installed a tack strip. Back door, at the bottom, is depleting. Like it looks like it's eating away at the bottom. I almost can't even put all in this complaint, that is wrong with unit. I would like to have a mold detector done on this unit, to prove that it's probably outrageous. My furnace in the closet was pretty much hand made, with a huge hole in the wall.
Not sure how to categorize this. Utility pole at NW corner or property is leaning east about 20 degrees off vertical with guy wires. Utility lines are hanging low enough to clip a very tall person or a truck.
Sunday 6:30 a.m.: Jeep with Indiana license plate #IE 6720 parked too close to the intersection of Maxwell Lane and the 900 south block of Eastside Drive.
Cars regularly park on the front yard of this property instead of on the street
There are two vehicles blocking access to two properties in the neighborhood. There is work that needs to be done to these properties. The work is having to be rescheduled because these cars continue to park in the undeveloped alleyway in between the two properties. The city of Bloomington needs signage to let people know it is not to be blocked. The owner of these vehicles lives at 1405 W 6th street. These vehicles were supposed to be ticketed and towed. The previous case was closed but there is no resolution.
Very uneven pavement in an intersection, hard to see at night, dangerous
I walk frequently on East 7th Street between union and hillsdale. While I know this was paved in the not too distant past there are several aging lines if you will for me that span the road from side to side. And there are quite a few areas along the edges that are starting to cobweb crack. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention so you can put it on your sealing schedule
I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Bloomington, IN Room 424 and have recently become ill with a respiratory infection due to BLACK MOLD
