People are camping at lower cascades as well as along the gravel area off of That Road which may be a county issue. However, the campers are spilling into the trail area. It is also starting to smell of sewage in this area as there has been a blue tent on the cliff above the trail for some time. This just off clear creek
Park Ridge East tennis court is highly utilized but the surface is beginning to fall into disrepair. Can someone inform me of the timing for replacement so that we may include this information in the next neighborhood newsletter? I serve on PRENA's executive committee. If exact timing is not available can this please be looked into for a rough estimate. It is a great asset for both our neighborhood and many other area residents. Thank you.

There is a recurring problem at this intersection. Drivers heading west on 3rdSt/46 and turning south onto College Mall Rd routinely block the eastbound traffic on 3rd St by blocking the intersection after their turn light turns red. Tonight the intersection was blocked for the eastbound traffics entire green light. The Do Not Block the Intersection signs go unnoticed or unheeded. I’ve contacted the Mayors office before and my complaint was forwarded to someone who couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to address the problem. I’ve contacted the Police Department who said it wasn’t a priority and they didn’t have the manpower to do anything even if it was a priority. My suggestion is to make the Do Not Block the Intersection signs more noticeable and to shorten the duration of the left turn signal for those turning south onto College Mall Rd from the westbound 3rd St lanes. Yard waste pick up this morning. 7 bags with yard waste that have been sitting in the back yard at 500 Eastside Drive (next to the Hunter foot path)for at least a month now, were not picked up again today.

The left lane turn signal from north bound Jordan Ave onto westbound 10th street always gets triggered even with no traffic in the left turn lane. (See also ureport #175403)
